LML is pleased to announce that Colm Connaughton has been appointed External Fellow. Colm is an Associate Professor at Warwick University, focusing his research in the interplay between stochasticity and dynamics in the theory of complex systems far from equilibrium. He has a particular interest in how nonlinear interactions generate coherence and correlations from random fluctuations in turbulence, stochastic nonlinear wave equations, interacting particle systems and reaction-diffusion models. It will be a pleasure to have him in the Laboratory and we congratulate him on his appointment.
