The third film in our Science on Screen series was presented by Rachel Cooke, a real-life chocolate engineer. Rachel amusingly shared some of her experiences in an actual chocolate factory. The audience were engaged with the presentation and asked lots of questions, before watching Mel Stuart’s classic screen adaptation of Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
We move on from presenting films for those with a sweet tooth by offering you our next picture in the LML Science on Screen series – Stalker. Doyne Farmer will present Andrei Tarkovsky’s mind-bending allegorical tale at the Barbican Cinema on 13th October.
